Coach Roy was born in Sayville and graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a major in Geography and Planning, and now lives in Sayville. Roy happily married and h as three children and one grandchild. Coach Roy was a Principal Planner for the Long Island Regional Planning Board and the Suffolk County Planning Department in charge of the Planning and Research Division, Demographics, Economics, and Farmland Preservation for 31 years. He coached youth soccer, basketball and baseball, and was a Cubmaster and a Boy Scout Leader. Coach was Captain of both Bayport High School and SUNY Geneseo’s tennis teams and Tennis Director at Camp Emerson. He received certification as a Recreational Coach from the US Professional Tennis Association and has worked as a tennis pro for the Long Island Foundation For Education and Sports (LIFFES) for 7 years. When LIFFES expanded into golf He received certification as a Level 2 First Tee Coach, the only one in Suffolk County, and taught golf with the Rich Jones Golf Academy. He currently volunteers with Par Fore and Inclusive Sports and Fitness, Inc. Coach Roy has been a member of Kiwanis for eight years and have served as a Board Member, Club Secretary, and President for three years. He is currently the Lieutenant Governor for the Suffolk East Division.
Coach Bill has been the Head Professional at Holbrook Country Club since it opened in 1992. He has been a golf professional for twenty five years. During that time, he has qualified and played in every major Metropolitan section event. Coach Bill's teaching philosophy is simple. “Make what you already do better and change only what is essential." Coach Bill has been a valued volunteer since we started the program.
Coach Jeff is a Special Education Teacher for the William Floyd School District. His soccer expertise is reflected in his trainings and certifications. He has been the Head Varsity Coach for the William Floyd High School, Long Island Junior Soccer League’s Olympic Developmental Program, and Assistant Coach for the West Babylon High School Boy’s Varsity. Coach Jeff was voted the Most Valuable Player for his junior year in 1997. He played NCAA soccer and as a youth played in the Long Island Junior Soccer League.
